Service Object Base on Parameter

This screen builds a list of service object numbers from a prefix, a range and a suffix, and creates them as service objects of one group, category and customer once the document is approved.

What it is for

On the Parameter tab you describe the numbers (for example prefix TANK-, range 1 to 50). The Service Object tab lists the numbers to create.

The service objects are created only when the document is approved through the approval workflow. Saving without an approval set up for this screen stores the document and creates nothing. Each created object takes its number as its name, and the Object Group, Object Category, Reading Group and Customer of this document.
