Lists and reports

The service and maintenance documents are looked at many at a time in analytics lists, printed one at a time as forms, and summed up on three boards. This page lists each one by its label and the criteria it asks for. How every list, report and board behaves is described once in Lists, boards and reports.

Service Management

Each tile works on the period chosen on the board (by default the current fiscal year). The second column restates the tile name in plain words.

Two more tiles, "Service Orders by Sub-type" and "Service Orders by Service Centre", are delivered without the Businessflo tag and do not show on the Businessflo board.

The two Maintenance Notification lists read notifications, which cannot be entered in this release (see Maintenance Notification), so they stay empty.

"Settled maintenance cost by equipment" reads maintenance order settlements, which no screen of this release creates, so the tile stays empty. "Notifications waiting for an order" reads maintenance notifications, which cannot be entered in this release.

Towing and Recovery

Towing and recovery has no list, report or board of its own. Storage orders and their billing proposals are found in the list of each screen.
