Cleaning Certificate

A cleaning certificate states that a tank or container was cleaned: the last cargoes, the chemicals, the seals and outlets checked. It is issued against a service order and printed.

Service Order

What it is for

The certificate picks a service order; the object, its group and identification fill in from it. The lookup offers only service orders whose Service Order Status is Completed, dated on or before the certification date, and not yet certified. Nothing in the service screens sets Completed by itself: pick it in the Service Order Status field of the order. The certificate posts nothing and is printed with the Cleaning Certificate report.

Nothing to set. Certificate, Name, Certification Date and Service Order are required.

Scenarios

  • A tank depot cleans an ISO tank after a chemical load. After the wash job, issue the certificate with the last three cargoes and the chemicals used, and print it for the shipper.

What it is connected to

If something looks wrong

  • The service order is not offered. Its status is not Completed, it is dated after the certification date, or it already has a certificate.
