Object Inspection
An inspection records the condition of an object at a moment: the template's questions answered, with photos. A picture of the filled form is kept with it.
What it is for
After Create, the template's headings and attributes appear on the Inspection tab and the template's required photos become required. On save:
- every attribute marked Required Mandatory must be answered ("Inspection … cannot be empty"); a number must not be zero;
- an image of the filled form is stored with the inspection and printed by the Object Inspection report.
The inspection posts nothing.

How to configure it
Choose the template per kind of inspection. Referring to a movement links the inspection to the gate record.
Scenarios
- A rental company inspects each returned car. Inspection with the "Return" template, fuel and damage questions answered, four photos.

If something looks wrong
- Save is refused with "Inspection … cannot be empty". A required question is unanswered.
- Save asks for a photo. The template requires it.
