Real Estate Document

A real estate document is a letter issued to a buyer about a unit: an allocation, a possession, a no due certificate, a parking allotment. It carries the terms printed on the letter, an image and a barcode.

What it is for

The letter is printed from the Real Estate Document (Form) report. The Document Type decides which extra fields show and which default terms are filled:

Document TypeWhat changes
PossessionTerm Condition is filled with the Possesion Term & Condition of Real Estate Setting
Any other typeTerm Condition is filled with the Allocation Term & Condition
No Due Certificate, No Due Certificate With DevelopmentTill Date shows
ParkingParking No, Basement 1, Basement 2 and Ground Floor show

The one rule people get wrong: issuing the letter changes nothing on the agreement. The Allocation and Possession ticks on the Sales Agreement are not set by it.
