Notice Template
A notice template is the letter sent to a buyer whose payments are late. Each template covers a band of days late, for example 30 to 59 days, so the first, second and final notice can read differently.
What it is for
The template holds the text and the band of days. Notices are printed from the Notice Template (Form) report in the same menu, with criteria Project, Property, Unit No, Notice Template, Issue Date and Payment Category.
