Dealer
A dealer is a property dealer or estate agency that sells units on the developer's behalf. A sales agreement can name a dealer and a sub dealer.
What it is for
Dealers are picked in the Dealer and Sub Dealer fields of a Sales Agreement, for reporting who sold the unit. The screen keeps the dealer's addresses and contact people on the same Address and Contacts tabs customers and vendors use. It does not compute or pay commission.

What it is connected to
- Sales Agreement names a Dealer and a Sub Dealer.
If something looks wrong
- Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
