An agent is an outside person or firm that brings buyers.
What it is for
Agents are named on a Sales Agreement Request. The screen keeps contact details; it does not compute or pay commission.

Scenarios
- A developer sells through its own staff and through outside dealers. Keep each route, team or agent here so agreements can be reported by it.
What it is connected to
- Sales Agreement and Sales Agreement Request refer to it.
If something looks wrong
- Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
