Amenities
Amenities are the facilities a buyer is told a unit has: covered parking, a lift, a gym, a generator. The list is kept here and ticked onto each unit.
What it is for
The list is descriptive. A unit lists its amenities on the Amenities tab of Real Estate Unit. Nothing prices or bills an amenity.

- Real Estate Unit lists amenities per unit.
If something looks wrong
- Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
