Property Sub Type
A property sub type refines a type: a corner apartment, a park-facing plot, a penthouse. It is optional on a unit, but a price or a maintenance rate can be written for it.
What it is for
Sub types let a developer charge a premium for a feature without making a separate type. A Pricing Profile line can be based on a sub type. When several lines fit one unit, a line written for the unit itself wins, then a line for its property type, then a line for its sub type.

How to configure it
Nothing beyond the list. The layout places a Property Type field too, but it is not set up for this screen and never shows.
Scenarios
- Corner plots sell at a higher rate. Make a sub type Corner, set it on the corner units, and price it on the pricing profile. A line for the same units' property type in the same period would win over it, so price either by type or by sub type, not both.
What it is connected to
- Real Estate Unit can carry a sub type.
- Pricing Profile and Maintenance Pricing Agreement can be written for a sub type.
If something looks wrong
- Save refuses and marks the code. The code is empty, or another record of this screen already uses it. Codes must be unique; type a new one.
