Packaging Group
A packaging group: the pack an item ships in, how many units fill it, and the pack's weight and size.
What it is for
X1 to X5 are multiplied together into Total Quantity, so a carton of 12 boxes of 10 is X1 12 and X2 10, total 120. Each starts at 1. When the packaging group is picked on an item in a company, its Total Quantity fills the item's Packaging Quantity.
The weight and dimension fields can be entered when the group is created and are locked afterwards. The Product Information Setting has a Packing Group Calculation tick meant to show or hide X1 to X5; the screen does not read it today, so the calculation is always shown. The screen is not placed on any menu.

How to configure it
There is nothing to configure beyond the fields above. Which fields are shown, required or hidden can be changed per company by the consultant in the screen configuration.
Scenarios
- A biscuit maker ships 24 packets to a carton. Make a packaging group with X1 24 and pick it on the biscuit item; its Packaging Quantity becomes 24.

If something looks wrong
- "... can not be empty" on Save. The code is missing. Type a code.
- "... already exists" on Save. Another packaging group already uses this code.
- Total Quantity is 0. One of X1 to X5 is 0. Put 1 in the unused ones.
