Maintenance Plan - Schedule
A schedule run turns a plan into visits: for each resource the plan covers and each period in which a cycle falls, a line with its plan date, call date and operations.
What it is for
On Create the lines are worked out from the plan:
- Period by period from the plan's Schedule Start Date, for Scheduling Period periods (a month is 30 days, a year 365).
- A cycle falls in a period when the period number is a multiple of the cycle's Value.
- Plan Date is the end of the period; Call Date is earlier by the part of the period not covered by the Initiation Horizon %.
- One line per resource matching the plan's parameters, with the operations switched on for that cycle (open them with the Operation button).
On a line you can move the Call Date and Plan Date, or tick Cancel to drop a visit (Cancel Date fills with today). Due On Call Date shows Yes once the call date has passed.
The due lines are copied into a Maintenance Order of category PLM with its Maintenance Plan button.

How to configure it
Run one schedule per plan and horizon. A schedule copies the plan as it is when you Create; later plan changes need a new run.
Scenarios
- Twelve monthly checks for eight compressors. One run gives 96 lines; each month the planner copies that month's eight into maintenance orders.

If something looks wrong
- No lines appear on Create. No resource matches the plan parameters, or no operation has a cycle switched on.
- Due On Schedule Date never shows Yes. That column reads a date the line does not carry in this release; use Due On Call Date and Plan Date.
