What is Sales Territory in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, you have the capability to create Sales Territories to manage and assign specific geographic areas or customer segments to your sales teams or individuals. Sales Territories allow for focused and targeted sales efforts, ensuring effective coverage and allocation of resources.

How to Create a Sales Territory in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Territory
  • Process Code: OSTR - Sales Territory

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Sales Territory -> Sales Territory
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Sales Territories already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Sales Territory or you can select from the list of corresponding Sales Territories to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new sales territory, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
