In Businessflo, you have the ability to create and manage Sales Team to streamline your sales operations and maximize efficiency. Creating a sales team enables you to group together individuals who collaborate and work collectively towards achieving sales targets and objectives.

How to Create a Sales Team in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSTS - Sales Team

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Sales Structure -> Sales Team
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Sales Teams already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Sales Team or you can select from the list of corresponding Sales Teams to view, edit or delete it.

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
