What is Certification Authority in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, the Certification Authority feature plays a crucial role in managing and tracking certifications or qualifications associated with entities such as employees, vendors, or customers. The Certification Authority functionality allows users to define and maintain a list of trusted and recognized organizations responsible for issuing certifications.

The purpose of the Certification Authority in Businessflo is to ensure that the certifications possessed by entities are valid, legitimate, and meet specific criteria or standards. By associating certifications with their respective Certification Authorities, Businessflo enables businesses to effectively verify and validate the qualifications and capabilities of entities they engage with.

How to Create a Certification Authority in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSAU - Certification Authority

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Certification -> Certification Authority
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Certification Authorities already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Certification Authority or you can select from the list of corresponding Certification Authorities to view, edit or delete it.

Process​

To create a new certification authority, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
