What is Message Notification in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, the Message Notification Screen allows users to create custom notification templates for various processes by specifying a process code, subject, and body of the notification. These templates can then be utilized to send notifications to different users based on specific events or dates.

The purpose of the Message Notification Screen in Businessflo is to streamline communication and keep admin informed about important updates, events, or actions within the system. Users can define notification templates that cater to specific processes or workflows, ensuring that the notifications are tailored and relevant to the recipients.

How to Create a Message Notification in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSIT - Message Notification

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Automation -> Message Notification
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Message Notification already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Message Central or you can select from the list of corresponding Message Notification to view, edit or delete it.
