What is Region in Businessflo
In Businessflo, Regions are often defined to reflect different geographical areas where a company operates or has business interests. For example, a multinational company may have Regions defined for North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and so on. Within each Region, further subdivisions such as countries or specific locations can be defined.
Regions in Businessflo can be used for various purposes, such as defining regional sales strategies, managing local compliance requirements, setting up regional reporting structures, or assigning specific roles and responsibilities to regional teams.
How to Create a Region in Businessflo
Navigation
- Module: OS - Organization Structure
- Process Code: OSRE - Region
There are two options available to navigate to this screen.
- Click on Organization Structure -> Address -> Region
- Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.
The list shows the Regions already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Region or you can select from the list of corresponding Regions to view, edit or delete it.
Process
To create a new region, fill in the necessary details:
Now click on Save to save the information provided.
