What is a Parameter Profile in Businessflo​

In the Businessflo, the "Screen Parameter Profile" feature serves the purpose of allowing users to set default values for fields across different screens. This functionality enables users to streamline data entry and maintain consistency by predefining default values based on their preferences or business requirements.

How to Create a Parameter Profile in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSPF

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Parameter Value -> Parameter Profile
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Parameter Profiles already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Parameter Profile or you can select from the list of corresponding Parameter Profile to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new parameter value, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
