A Purchasing Organization is a division within logistics that subdivides an enterprise based on purchasing requirements. Its responsibilities include procuring materials and services, negotiating purchase conditions with vendors, and assuming accountability for related transactions.

How to Create a Purchase Organization in Businessflo

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSPO - Purchase Organization

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Purchase Structure -> Purchase Organization
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Purchase Organizations already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Purchase Organization or you can select from the list of corresponding Purchase Organizations to view, edit or delete it.
