What is Purchase Team in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, a Purchase Team consists of a buyer or a group of buyers who play a crucial role in material procurement. They are responsible for procuring specific materials or classes of materials and act as the primary interface between the company and its suppliers. The purchase team manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures smooth procurement operations for the organization.

How to Create a Purchase Team in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSPT - Purchase Team

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Purchase Structure -> Purchase Team
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Purchase Teams already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Purchase Team or you can select from the list of corresponding Purchase Teams to view, edit or delete it.

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
