What is Responsibility Central in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, the Responsibility Central screen allows users to create and define responsibility centers within the system. A responsibility center represents a distinct organizational unit or department responsible for specific activities or functions within the company.

The purpose of the Responsibility Central screen in Businessflo is to establish a hierarchical structure and assign responsibilities to different departments or units. Users can create responsibility centers, such as QC (Quality Control) department, sales division, finance team, etc., to reflect the organizational structure and designate areas of accountability.

How to Create a Responsibility Central in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSRB - Responsibility Central

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Responsibility -> Responsibility Central
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Responsibility Centrals already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Responsibility Central or you can select from the list of corresponding Responsibility Centrals to view, edit or delete it.
