What is Resource Group in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, the Resource Group feature allows users to create and manage groups for categorizing and organizing various types of resources within the system. The Resource Group screen enables users to classify resources based on their nature, such as workers, machines, tools, or facilities.

The purpose of the Resource Group in Businessflo is to provide a structured approach to resource management and allocation. By creating resource groups, users can easily identify and group resources that share similar characteristics or usage patterns, facilitating efficient resource planning and utilization.

How to Create a Resource Group in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSSG - Resource Group

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Resource -> Resource Group
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Resource Groups already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Resource Group or you can select from the list of corresponding Resource Groups to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new resource group, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
