What is Certification Group in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, the Certification Group feature allows users to categorize and manage certifications based on specific groups or standards, such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certifications. This feature provides a structured approach to organizing and tracking certifications within the system.

The purpose of the Certification Group in Businessflo is to group certifications together based on common standards or requirements. By creating Certification Groups, users can easily identify and associate certifications that adhere to specific industry standards, quality management systems, or regulatory frameworks.

How to Create a Certification Group in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSCG - Certification Group

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Certification -> Certification Group
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Certification Groups already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Certification Group or you can select from the list of corresponding Certification Groups to view, edit or delete it.

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
