What is Sales Group in Businessflo​

In the Businessflo, you have the ability to create Sales Groups, which allows you to further categorize and organize your sales teams or individuals.

How to Create a Sales Group in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Group
  • Process Code: OSGR - Sales Group

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> Sales Group -> Sales Group
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Sales Groups already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Sales Group or you can select from the list of corresponding Sales Groups to view, edit or delete it.

To create a new sales group, fill in the necessary details:

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
