User Parameter Value
User Parameter Value holds one user’s own field defaults: in this company, on this screen, this field starts with this value, or is required, greyed or hidden. A line here replaces the company’s setting for that field.
What it is for
The company-wide defaults are on each module’s setting screen (for this module, Organizational Structure Setting). A user line here wins for that user. Lines brought in from a Parameter Profile carry the profile’s code and cannot be changed or deleted here; change the profile instead.

What it is connected to
If something looks wrong
- “User Parameter Value - Line ID: … is duplicated with Line ID: …” The same company, screen and field are on two lines.
- A line cannot be edited or deleted. It came from a parameter profile.
