What is Unit in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, Unit refers to a standardized measure or quantity used to quantify and track goods or services. It represents a standard Unit of measurement for a specific item, such as kilograms, meters, hours, pieces, or any other relevant unit of measure. Units are used in various Businessflo modules, including inventory management, procurement, sales, and production, to accurately record and manage quantities, prices, and other relevant information. The use of consistent units ensures consistency and accuracy in tracking and reporting data within the system.

How to Create a Unit in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSUN - Unit

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> General -> Unit
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Units already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Unit or you can select from the list of corresponding Units to view, edit or delete it.

Process​

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
