What is Reason in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, Reason refers to a designated explanation or justification for specific actions or events within the system. Users can create reasons and associate them with different screens, identified by their process code. Additionally, users have the option to mark if a reason is required for certain actions, such as being mandatory for a process, required for reversal, or necessary in general.

How to Create a Reason in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSRO - Reason

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> General -> Reason
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Reasons already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Reason or you can select from the list of corresponding Reasons to view, edit or delete it.

Process​

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
