What is Status in Businessflo​

In Businessflo, Status refers to a distinct condition or stage of a particular entity or process within the system. Users have the ability to create statuses and assign them to different screens identified by their respective screen name or process code. By utilizing statuses, users can effectively track and communicate the progress, completion, or specific state of an entity or process.

How to Create a Status in Businessflo​

  • Module: OS - Organization Structure
  • Process Code: OSSA - Status

There are two options available to navigate to this screen.

  • Click on Organization Structure -> General -> Status
  • Write the process code for this screen in the search bar which will navigate you here directly.

The list shows the Status already being created in the system. Now either you can click on new button to create a new Status or you can select from the list of corresponding Status to view, edit or delete it.

Process​

Now click on Save to save the information provided.
