How do I record a subscription agreement?

Set up the Subscription Services first, then on Subscription Agreement fill the date, Agreement for, the partner and the currency, Create, then give the period, First Invoice date and Billing Interval in months, add a line per service and Save.

Steps

1. Open Subscription Services and create each service with its Unit, Cost Price and tax groups.
2. Open Subscription Agreement, New. Fill Subscription Agreement date, Agreement for Customer, Agreement Partner, Currency and Exchange Rate. Create: these are now locked.
3. Fill the period. Date From 01-Jan-2027, Date To 31-Dec-2027, First Invoice date 01-Jan-2027, Billing Interval 3.
4. Add the lines. Subscription Services, Quantity, Price (type it for a customer), Discount %, Tax Group, Tax Zone.
5. Save.

Check it worked

• Subscription Agreement Scheduled, with criteria covering the agreement date, shows four rows per line: 01-Jan, 01-Apr, 01-Jul and 01-Oct 2027.

If something looks wrong

• "Subscription Agreement Lines cannot be empty" Add a line.
• The schedule shows one row only. Date To or Billing Interval is empty.
