How do I set CRM defaults for one company?

Open Customer Relationship Management Setting for the company and add a Default Parameters line per field: the screen, the field, the Value it starts with, and Mandatory, Disable or Hidden.

Steps​

  1. Open Customer Relationship Management Setting, New, pick the Legal Entity, Create. One record per company.
  2. On Default Parameters, add a line: Processcode the screen, Object No the field, Value, and the ticks.
  3. Save.
caution

As shipped, the Processcode lookup here lists Service Management screens, so a line for the Lead screen cannot be picked. Until the lookup is corrected, ask Businessflo support to add the line.
