How the dates are worked out

For each agreement the first date is its First Invoice date. Each next date is the previous one plus Billing Interval months, for as long as it is on or before Date To. Each date is numbered: Invoice Schedule 1, 2, 3 and so on.

An agreement with no First Invoice date shows one row with no Schedule Date; one with no Date To shows only its first date. An agreement with a Billing Interval of 0 and a Date To makes the list fail with a recursion error: give every agreement an interval of at least 1.

Columns

Subscription Agreement, Subscription Agreement date, Agreement for, Agreement Partner, Name, Subscription Services name, Unit, Invoice Schedule, Schedule Date, Gross Amount, Net Amount, Tax Amount, Amount Including Tax (Net Amount + Tax Amount), Invoice Created, Invoice No, Invoice Date.

Invoice Created always reads No and the two invoice columns are always empty: nothing links an invoice back to a schedule row.
