Status holds status codes with the screens they belong to.

Where: Organizational Structure › General (OSSA)
Who uses it: The implementation consultant or the system administrator
When: Once, while the company is being set up, and whenever a new one is needed
Needs first: Nothing

What it is for

The rule people get wrong: no Businessflo screen picks from this list today. Keep it empty unless a screen starts using it.

Field	What it means	What to put
Status	The status code.	Typed on New.
Name	Its name.	Free text.
Block	Stops the status from being used.	Tick to block. A blocked record drops out of the pick lists other screens use.

Column	What it means	What to put
Process Code	A screen the status belongs to.	Optional. Pick from the list.

Which fields are required, greyed, hidden or pre-filled for a company is set on Organizational Structure Setting, in its Default Parameters grid, and one user can differ through User Parameter Value.

Save refuses because the code already exists. Codes are unique. Open the existing record from the list instead, or pick another code.
