Scheduler

Scheduler holds the schedules that email a list or a report on their own. A schedule is made by pressing Schedule on the list or report; this screen shows each one with its next and last run, and lets its owner change it.

What it is for

How a list or report is put on a schedule, and what stops a run, is on Lists, boards and reports.

On save: Frequency is one of Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly (anything else becomes Daily); Every (hours) is used only for Hourly and is at least 1; Format is PDF unless Excel is chosen; the To and CC lists are tidied into one comma-separated list. The next run is worked out on the company’s clock, its time zone on Company.

Only the user who made a schedule, or a consultant, may change or delete it.
