Create Activity
Create Activity records an activity for a person: a call, a meeting, a visit. It carries the subject, the type, status, dates and times, the meeting details and the document it came from.
What it is for
Saving tells the person it is for (Perform By) once, through the bell, the inbox and email; changing the subject or time later does not tell them again, and giving it to someone else tells that person. An activity you write for yourself sends nothing. Open activities appear on the person’s Home card; one is overdue when its end has passed and nobody has closed it.
