Fleet Maintenance Setting

What it is for
- Taxzone shows the Tax Zone column on the service and item lines of Fleet Maintenance Order and Fleet Maintenance Quotation.
- Discount shows the discount, net price and net amount columns there.
- Default Parameters fills, locks, requires or hides a field on a fleet screen for the whole company.
