What it is for
One record per company. Saving it copies everything except item access to every other company of the same client, creating their record if they have none. Item access stays per company.

What it is connected to
If something looks wrong
- I changed the setting in one company and the others changed too. That is by design: everything but item access is shared by all companies of the client.
- Publish to Portal proposes no vendors. Check Vendor Selection Basis, the item's approved vendors and their expiry, and whether the item was bought in the last year.
