Activity
The steps an import goes through, such as documents received, loaded, arrived at port, cleared, at warehouse. An Incoming Shipment plans and records each step against this list.
What it is for
It gives the import desk one list of milestones, so every shipment is tracked on the same steps with planned and actual dates.
