Picking List Registration
The picker's screen. Open a picking list, select lines, and record what was picked: quantity, date, batch, worker. Picked stock is held for the issue that follows, and can be unpicked until it is issued.
What it is for
Registration is what the issue documents trust. A delivery made "through picking" offers only registered lines, with the batches recorded here. When the picking is for sales, completing a line also completes the sales order's reservation for that quantity.
The one rule people get wrong: a line already issued cannot be unpicked, deleted, re-dated or given another batch.
Every field in plain words
Header
The picking list's Transaction Date, Journal, Movement, Site, Warehouse, Responsible, Responsibility Central and Notes, as on Picking List.
