Requirements and reservations

📄️Item Requirement

Item Requirement: a department's or a job's request for items from the store, with the date needed; picked and issued against later.

Inventory Requirement: a simple list of items and quantities needed, with a requester and a source. Recorded only; not on the delivered menu.

Inventory Reservation Request: asks for stock to be held for a period, for a sales order or in general; the reservation is then made from it.

Inventory Reservation: holds available stock for a sales order so no other document can issue it; or records a general reservation.
