Inventory lists, reports and boards
Where to look at stock. The lists answer questions across many documents (what is on hand, what moved, what is still open); the reports print one document or a period; the two boards show stock and quality at a glance. They all open, keep views and take criteria the same way: see Lists, boards and reports.
A criterion marked required must be filled before the list or report runs.

Printed documents
Each prints one document, picked by its Transaction (and sometimes by date, customer or posting status):
- Receiving: Item Receipt With Purchase Order, Goods Receive Date Wise (a period, viewed by the level chosen), Product Receipt Tracking, Product Receipt Item Wise Tracking, Item Receipt With Manufacture Order, Packing Label, Packing Slip.
- Issue and delivery: Item Issue To Sales Order, FOC Item Issue Against Sales Order, Delivery Challan, Delivery Challan Date Wise, Customer Acknowledgement, Packing List (by delivery, or by invoice), Item Issue, Item issue to sales Order (Gate Pass), Gate Pass (from the delivery, the issue or the gate pass screen).
- Returns: Delivery Return, Sales Return, Sales Return (Gate Pass), Purchase Return, Purchase Return (Gate Pass).
- Adjustments and movements: Item Adjustment, Inventory Movement, Inventory Movement (Gate Pass), Inventory Movement Request, Inventory Split.
- Transfers: Item Transfer, Item Transfer Request, Item Transfer Request Status, Transfer Order, Transfer Order Date Wise, Transfer Order (Gate Pass), Transfer Shipment, Transfer Receipt.

Several prints exist in a second layout made for one client (an issue print, two delivery challans, a packing label, item trial lists and a transfer request print). They sit beside the standard ones and take the same criteria.
Boards
Inventory board tiles: Stock value, Stock value by warehouse, Stock by item category, Fast, slow and not moving, Slow and non-moving items, Items to reorder, Receipts against issues by month, Turnover and days of cover by item group, Where the stock went. The fast, medium and slow bands are the days set on the Inventory Control Setting.
Quality Management board tiles: Inspections, Pass rate, Failed inspections, Awaiting inspection, Inspection result, Inspections by month, Inspections by source, Supplier quality, Items failing inspection, Checks failing most, Oldest pending inspections, Batches due for retest or expiry.
If something looks wrong
- A list on the menu opens empty with no columns. Two delivered list entries have no stored query behind them: Item Issue To Sales Order Lines, and one client's Item Transfer Request Tracking. Use Item Issue To Sales Order and Item Transfer Request Tracking instead.
