What it is for

The screen lists delivery challans. It cannot create, edit or delete them. Its one action is Accept Delivery on the toolbar, which opens the challan's lines with two columns to fill:

FieldWhat it meansWhat to put
Delivered QuantityWhat the customer receivedStarts at the quantity sent. Cannot be negative
Customer RemarksThe customer's note on the lineFree text

Saving the popup marks the challan as delivery accepted and stores the quantities and remarks on its lines. The Delivered Quantity and Customer Remarks columns then show on the challan.

The one rule people get wrong: a smaller delivered quantity does not return anything to stock. Goods that came back are entered on Delivery Return.
