Project
A piece of client work being pursued by a professional-services team: who raised it, who it is assigned to and who helps, the client, the service and the stage it has reached, and the people on the client side.
What it is for
The Project screen is a lighter alternative to the Lead for a services firm. It has no pipeline and no lines: its progress is the stage of the chosen service.
