Prognosis	The code	Required, unique. Set when it is created

From	The lower end of the band	A number
To	The upper end of the band	A number
Block	Stops it being picked	Tick to retire it

From and To are recorded with the prognosis; nothing on the opportunity calculates with them.

If something looks wrong

• Saving says the Prognosis already exists. Codes are unique.
