How do I invoice every instalment that has fallen due?
Run Sales Agreement Periodic Invoices with Date To the end of the period. It raises customer invoices in Receivables.
Before you start
- Payment categories with accounts.
Steps
- Open Sales Agreement Periodic Invoices (Real Estate › Process). Fill Posting Date, Transaction Journal, Date To, Payment Method, Payment Term and Currency. Leave Customer empty for everyone.
- Tick Merge by Sales Agreement for one invoice per buyer and unit.
- Create, then read the lines. Delete lines of cancelled or refunded agreements, and charges that are already inside the plan.
- Save. One invoice is raised per line or per buyer and agreement, and its number is written on each line.
Check it worked
- Each line shows its invoice number; the invoices are in Receivables.
