What it is for

Parking lets one person prepare documents and another release them. Batch Posting is the release in bulk. On save, each ticked document and its voucher change from Park to Posted.

What posts

Nothing new: the parked documents' vouchers, already written, become Posted. See Customer Invoice and Collection.

If something looks wrong

  • "There is no Invoice available" / "There is no Memo available." / "There is no Collection available." / "There is no Data available". Nothing parked matches the dates and user.
  • "Date From cannot be greater than Date To". Swap them.
  • "Basic Data Lines cannot be empty". Nothing to post.
  • Month-end close - parked documents are posted before the month is closed.
