What it is for

When a line is added to a sales order or a sales order journal (see Sales Order and Sales Order Journal), the system looks here for a matching rule and adds its cost elements to the line. Only rules with Apply On set to lines are used for this.

What it is connected to

If something looks wrong

  • "Apply On can not be empty" / "Apply On already exists". One record per Apply On value.
  • No charge appears on the order line. The order's currency, site or delivery term does not match a rule, or the customer has no cost element group and is not named on a rule.
