Item Batch Attribute Group
A set of batch attributes, linked to item groups by movement direction.
What it is for
Each line names an Item Batch Attribute. The group is linked to an Item Group on its Item Batch Attribute part, with a Movement Direction.
Required Mandatory, Required To Print and Default Value are recorded on the lines. No inventory screen or business rule reads batch attribute groups today, so the attributes are not asked for on receipts. See the questions report of this area.

Scenarios
- A food processor wants moisture and grade on every raw material lot. Make the group with both attributes. Know that today they are a reference only.
What it is connected to
- Item Batch Attribute - the attributes on the lines
- Item Group - links the group by movement direction
If something looks wrong
- Receipts do not ask for the batch attributes. That is how the system works today: nothing reads these groups on a receipt.
