Item Attribute
One descriptive attribute, such as Fabric or Voltage, with its type and, for a pick list, the values it may take.
What it is for
Attributes describe an item without making it a separate variant. An attribute is placed in an Item Attributes Group, the group is placed on an Item Group, and every item of that item group then shows the attribute on the Attributes part of the Item screen.
Item Attribute Type decides how the value is entered. Of the types, the code treats one, OPT, as a pick list: the item screen offers the values from the Value lines. The Required Range, Range From and Range To fields are configured but hidden.
Every field in plain words

Scenarios
- An electrical wholesaler wants Voltage on every cable item. Make the attribute, put it in an attributes group with Required Mandatory ticked, and put that group on the cable item group.
What it is connected to
- Item Attributes Group - groups attributes
- Item - where the value is filled in
If something looks wrong
- "... already exists" on Save. Another attribute already uses this code.
