Project Rule
Project Rule keeps, for one project and one real-estate unit, a list of items with their quantity, unit and bill of material.
What it is for
The screen stores what is typed. Nothing else reads it: no estimation, contract, issue or bill takes its lines from here. One rule per project.

Scenarios
- A developer wants the finishing items of each unit listed against the project. Make one rule per project and unit. It is a record only.
What it is connected to
If something looks wrong
- The save is refused on the project. A rule already exists for that project. Open it instead.
