Payment fee
A Payment fee is a charge that comes with paying: a bank transfer fee, a commission. On a payment, the Payment Fee grid names it, and the fee's account layer says who bears it.
What it is for
The Account Layer decides where the fee goes:
- General Ledger: the fee is an expense of yours, posted to the Account shown on this screen.
- Vendor Ledger: the fee is charged to the vendor.
